Dance Grenada is seeking your sponsorship as we provide a network base and preserve the culture that is Grenada and its counterparts. For we know that dance is rooted in the cultural practices of Grenada and we should hold it to the highest esteem. In addition to launching a fund to provide the Dance Grenada funding, we aim for the institutionalization, mentorship, and crafting of an endowment.

Grenada’s culture is deeply rooted in its African heritage which can be seen in Grenadian music, dancing and festivals, soca, calypso, steel pan and DJ music form. There are a number of festivals that take place during the year like the Grenada Spice Jazz Festival, Christmas, Rainbow City Festival, St. Patrick’s Day Festival, Fisherman’s Day Festival, St. Mark’s Day Festival, and the Maroon Festival to name a few.

Dance Grenada will add to this list, as it’s sole focus is to use the art of dance to build a network on the island of Grenada and abroad and empower all cultural practitioners.
