• Where & when  is the Dance Grenada Festival being held in 2022?

This year's Dance Grenada festival entitled  The Power in Our Joy and Resistance will take place on the island of Grenada, W. I., Friday October 21- Monday October 24, 2022. The events will take place at the Grenada’s Youth Center which is in walking distance from our partnering hotel, Coyaba’s Beach Resort located in Grand Anse, St. George.

• What are the details of the travel package ?

       Dance Grenada has curated a banging package for our international participants. Some of those items include:

• Registration For Full Festival

• Hotel Accommodations at the Coyaba Beach Resort

• Breakfast

• Ticket Entrance to the Welcome Ceremony (Wild Orchid at Annandale Waterfall)

• Free Access to the Dance Grenada Market Square

• Ground Transportation- To and From the Airport

• A Dance Grenada Island Tour followed by the DG Beach Bonfire at our wonderful vendor’s market.

 

• Are  Single Occupancy and Double Occupancy Room Options Available?

 Yes they are.  You have the option of reserving a single occupancy room, meaning there will be one person to a room or double occupancy which will hold two persons. The rate that is given for the package is per person. 

 

• Are meals included in the travel package? 

Breakfast will be included in confirmed travel packages and provided by the Coyaba Beach Resort. 

 

• Is the festival beginner friendly?

The festival is beginner friendly and we welcome all learners of the artform. Our festival artists are specialists within their content areas and have managed to differentiate movement across diverse levels of training.  We encourage those who are lovers of the artform to be pushed beyond their minds capabilities. Plus what is the point of taking a class if you don’t feel challenged.

• How do I become a vendor?

We currently have the vendor’s tab on the website. Fill out the Registration form, pay your vendor’s fee and someone will be in touch.
